We will normally process orders for shipment within 5 business days (M-F) from receipt of your order.
Due to the bulk / size of our box, expedited options such as 2 day air are not available.
The shipping cost would be highly prohibitive.
We will soon have a UK fulfillment warehouse online that will be able to handle shipments to the UK and Europe.

If you have ordered the wrong item, got a gift you don't need or want, or just otherwise have a non-defective unit(s) for return, you may, within 30 days from the original purchase date, return UNUSED items for a refund of the original purchase price (minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee).
To be eligible for return, ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Original packaging insures that we can resell the returned item and prevents the item from becoming damaged during return shipping.
Used items will only be accepted on return if they clearly fall under warranty guidelines for a manufacturing defect.
In the event of a shipment error or an item damaged in shipping, We will replace the item and bear responsibility for the cost of shipping.
Please notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
